Judge Shaun Babeu has served as Justice of the Peace since 2011 and resides in San Tan Valley with his wife Brandy and children, Savannah (17) and Matthew (15).   

I'm proud to serve as the elected Justice of the Peace and will continue to operate our court in an efficient and effective manner. We have a great team consisting of 11 staff members that are proud to serve you. Our Pioneer Justice Court includes the communities of San Tan Valley and the Pinal County parts of Queen Creek.

The Pioneer Justice Court opened in 2019 with a new court facility on Hunt Highway in San Tan Valley.
